Customer care when you call their hotline is sooo terrible. But we came for a gynaecologist who was really professional and made us feel we are in safe hands.

Disregarding the professionalisms of the doctors in there. I kept looking for a patient’s room longer than usual visits. Stickers telling out rooms’ numbers would help lots. I also was surprised that there’s no extra bed(s) for patient’s partner(s). Plus sunlights are totally missing in the patient’s room. A plus for accepting currencies other than EGP.

It’s one of the best hospitals in Egypt.
The emergency is more than excellent.

Just called their hotline and the representative who answered was rude and his voice tone was high. Not planning to go there at all.
Also their prices are very high compared to other hospitals with better service.

Unfortunately Dar el Fouad was one of the best hospitals in Egypt. Sadly, after I went 3 different times with different people to the intensive care it was always messy and totally unorganized and the staff and doctors were unprofessional and extremely slow.
I do not recommend the intensive care at all.
