    January 2016

I went to the clinic on the advice of a colleague who had already completed treatment there and was very happy with the result. I made an appointment for a Dermabrasion treatment because I wanted to find a solution to some spots I had on my face. Upon my arrival at the clinic, which is located in the business center of Berlin and very well served by public transportation, I was greeted by a very friendly coordinator, Anastasia, who helped me fill out the forms and handle the payment, 160 Euros. Once that was done, the qualified beautician, Mrs. Heildeberg, took over. She immediately put me at ease by asking me some questions about what I was looking for. After she had listened to me carefully, she directly advised a treatment other than dermabrasion, explaining to me very clearly why it would be more suitable for my skin type (I have black skin). I found her very honest and professional because the recommended treatment was 60 Euros cheaper than the one I had already paid! Moreover Mrs. Heildeberg, proved to be a wealth of good advice and best of all, after I told her about another problem I have had for some time and which I could not find a solution, she directly called her colleague and explained my case to him and he gave me 2-3 names of specialists based in Berlin! I could not ask for more! As for the overpayment by the clinic (160 Euros paid on arrival but final care cost just 100 Euros), I received a refund a few days later in my bank account. In summary, even if the care is not cheap (approximately 100 Euros for a peel), I was very happy for all the support, so I think I might go back in the coming months for a second appointment.
