    August 2018

The experience at the hospital was amazing, couldn’t have asked for more
I was disappointed when I emailed on the consultant dietitian on the 2nd of August as I have been having some issues and didn’t receive any reply. I also sent an email to the info address to ask for help and didn’t get a reply. I mislaid my phone on the trip home and after the airline returned it to me on the 12th August I saw they tried to contact me on WhatsApp on the 18th July. I messaged through that app on the 13th August and again haven’t had a reply. I have been going to my Doctor here for help but would really appreciate some response from them to help sort my issues

    May 2018

Several things cold be imrproved for westerners.: First night on day of surgery woke to excruciating pain and need for help with moving and getting pain meds. The nurses in ICU had very limited skills in English so I did not get help for those issues until they summoned the night doctor. Very frustrating.
Also, hospital needs to provide a list of items that one might need. Patients could be advised to bring back-up foods like peanut butter or energy bars. Some people can't eat local food due to unfamiliarity.
