No toilet paper in the restroom. What kind of private hospital is this, like all the other cheap ones!

Terrible experience with the call center to make reservation for x-ray.
Press 3 for English. But then 2 guys say they don’t understand what is x-ray and hang up even I asked them not to hang up to wait for me to get the doctor to talk to them. The other lady pick up and says she don’t speak English and put me on hold forever.
This is super confusing. How can someone work in a hospital and don’t understand what is X-ray

The facilities, the service, the treatment and the doctor I had were excellent. It’s a private hospital, which means expensive if you have no health insurance, but if you compare it to the israeli public health care its worth it.
