I had an abdominal myomectomy carried out at Kardiolita in Vilnius. I chose to have my surgery abroad due to huge wait times in UK and high cost of private care

I cannot praise Kardiolita enough. From my very first contact with Juste I was at ease with how and when the operation would be carried out. I was picked up from the airport and taken for an initial consultation with the doctor the day before my surgery.

On the day of surgery all the staff were so friendly and put me at ease and the aftercare was wonderful. The hospital was so quiet and actually quite relaxing. I stayed in hospital for 3 days and then following a final check up I was able to fly home after 5 days from the operation

I would highly recommends this hospital. The price paid was very worth it

Everything went well – from the reception at Kaunas airport, the next day all preoperative exams were well organized, as was the stay at the clinic.
A friendly young woman welcomed us and accompanied us in the clinic from one appointment to another.
The very attentive doctor explained what he was going to do and answered all our questions. Before the surgery we also had the visit of an anesthetist, asking questions about allergies etc.
After the operation, we visited a nutritionist doctor who explained everything extensively and gave us a brochure on dieting after surgery.
The nurses were also very attentive. All communication was in English, so the patient should have basic knowledge of English or take someone who has.

Excellent support all through the process. The staff have been a precious help during my decision time and I can clearly say that their professionalism and help were definitely one of the main reason I went for Kardiolita Klinik.

The operation went well, and all follow-up visits with the surgeon were positive. The scars are now healed and no post-operative issues.

I will definitely go back to that clinic for any future surgery, everything was perfect, the services, the nurses (special thanks to the sympathetic Brigit) and the very nice Jogailé who was always there when I needed something.

So a huge thank you to all team, Dr Mickevicius, Jogailé and the nurses who make this difficult experience more easy.

I will definitely advisw Kardiolita clinic to whomever needs good treatment!
