All-on-4

+ More
  • The All-on-4 dental implant treatment was designed by Nobel Biocare, and is used to replace an entire upper or lower set of teeth. The procedure creates a permanent prosthesis by using four dental implants that act as an anchor for a bridge or overdenture of 12-to-14 teeth.

The dentist performs or examines diagnostic tests (such as panoramic X-rays and a CT scan) to assess the patient's jaw bone density. These scans are then often followed up by computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (known as CAD/CAM) processes that plan the All-on-4 procedure and allow the dentist to precisely insert the dental implants into the jaw.

+ More
  • A bone graft or bone augmentation may be required for patients who have a soft or thin jaw bone and are having dental implants.

  • 3 - 5 days

The clinic was visited by a member of the MEDIGO Team

Advanced Smile Dentistry is located in a modern area of Tijuana named Zona Rio, which is full of restaurants, cafes and hotels.

I met with Roberto Vargas, who is their international patient coordinator that all patients talk to prior to booking treatment. He is great and will answer all your questions.

The main dentist, Dr. Julian De Anda, is super welcoming and has over ten years experience with American and Canadian patients. They even receive many patients from Alaska!

Horrible place had two extra teeth extractions that took over an hour to take them out and worst part is that I got an infection they were not willing to take responsibility for. They basically told me go see another doctor! Why should I see another doctor when they gave me the infection in the first place. I payed almost 1,000 dollars for this procedure! I ended up going to a dentist here in California Where I live. Safe your money and your mouth. All they want is for you to pay! It’s not a sanitary place they do not use gloves when getting dental tools ready! Their DENTAL TOOLS are NOT STERILE. This place has many good reviews because it basically payed for them, by giving clients a huge discount if they gave a review. Don’t come here unless you want an infection.

My partial broke on a Friday night, I called the office Saturday morning and was told that there were no immediate openings however they could place me on the reserve list in case someone cancels. I received a call about an hour later telling me there is now an opening available for that Monday @ 10:40AM. Showed up and had my new partial by 5:30PM that same day! I cannot thank everyone here enough, from everyone at the front desk (cant remember there names sorry), one of which came outside to find me because I couldn't locate the office, to Dr. Julian and his assistant Karla! Thank you all, its hard to find honest and great dental work. I have a lot more work to do and looking forward to it here-See you all soon!

This is a fantastic dentist. I am scared of the dentist and put it off for ten years. I swear to you my root canal was totally painless I don't know how they did it. I went back the next day for 5 fillings on my right side, and I thought they only worked on 1 but they seriously completed the whole side, even a front tooth... I somehow didn't even know they fixed 4 more teeth... Not to mention there are no sharp edges on my fillings and the floss moves right between them, they fit my teeth just right which has never happened before. Impeccable service and the friendliest of staff. My only warning is not to go anywhere else as my root canal was for a failed filling from the US. my round trip flight was 160 dollars, the border is slow around 10 am and took 15 minutes both ways. UPDATE: 1 month later, my crown fits perfectly, as well as my 13 fillings.
