  • The All-on-4 dental implant treatment was designed by Nobel Biocare, and is used to replace an entire upper or lower set of teeth. The procedure creates a permanent prosthesis by using four dental implants that act as an anchor for a bridge or overdenture of 12-to-14 teeth.

The dentist performs or examines diagnostic tests (such as panoramic X-rays and a CT scan) to assess the patient's jaw bone density. These scans are then often followed up by computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (known as CAD/CAM) processes that plan the All-on-4 procedure and allow the dentist to precisely insert the dental implants into the jaw.

    August 2019

I found Hisar Intercontinental through Medigo's excellent services. At first i was concerned as being a Transgender woman I had read that Turkey doesn't have the best reputation for the treatment of Transgender individuals. This was NOT my experience! I was treated with respect and kindness throughout my stay at Hisar and the excellent hotels that Hisar arranged for my stay. I had gone for a Inguinal Bilateral Orchiectomy. All of the staff were very professional and the care and concern for my well being was very touching. Especially the first Nurse charged with my care. I never found out her name but I owe her a large debt of gratitude for the excellent aftercare that she provided me. She was lovely! She is small with dark hair and if anyone can let me know her name I would be grateful as I would like to send her a thank you gift!!
I have read complaints in other reviews that the staff do not speak English. Although this is true to an extent, I found that if someone didn't speak English they very soon found someone that did. Plus the second Nurse charged with my care spoke excellent English. But hey..I was in Turkey and I didn't speak any Turkish!!
Upon my discharge I was escorted by a very kind Nurse who wheeled my bag down the street to the Pharmacy to collect Antibiotics and pain killers. Very touching!
I must say that I have only the highest praise for all the staff at Hisar and a very big thankyou to Arran (sorry if I spelt it wrong!) who went out of his way to help with booking an extra nights stay at a lovely hotel close to the Hospital with an excellent view over Istanbul, so that my pre-flight home control checkup was only a short walk away. I would have no concerns recommending Hisar Intercontinental to anyone looking for excellent services at a very reasonable price!
Thanks so very much to all. I'm a very happy lady! x

The clinic was visited by a Medigo team member

The hospital is located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul! It's easy to reach by car or taxi from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, or by bus/taxi from the main center on the Anatolian side, Kadiköy. A major bus station is within 5 minute walking distance. A new metro line with a station close to the clinic is currently under construction and there are parking spaces available. All areas of the hospital were clean, tidy, spacious, and equipped with the latest technology. The staff and doctors were very kind and cooperative.
